Custom order FAQs
How do custom orders work?
Custom orders start with your idea! Simply send me a message with what you’re thinking — colours, style, inspiration images, or even a rough idea. I’ll then get back to you to confirm details, pricing and timeframe before I begin making your piece.
Can I request a specific design or colour?
Yes! You can request specific colours, shapes, styles or inspiration-based designs. If you’ve seen something you like or have a Pinterest board, feel free to share it. I’ll use it as inspiration to create something unique for you.
How long do custom orders take?
Most custom pieces take around 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on the design and workload. If you need something for a specific date, let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
How much do custom pieces cost?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the design and materials used. I’ll always confirm the price with you before starting your order so there are no surprises. Custom studs are around £7 (Excluding postage) and go up from there.
Will my custom jewellery look exactly like the photo I send?
Custom pieces are always handmade, I don’t mass-produce or replicate exact branded designs, but I can create inspired, original versions in my style. So while I can take strong inspiration from reference images, your final piece will be a unique handmade version, not an exact copy. That’s part of what makes it special.
Can I order custom jewellery as a gift?
Absolutely! Custom jewellery makes a really thoughtful and personal gift. I can also help with colour themes, packaging or styling ideas if you’re not sure what to choose.
Do you take refunds on custom orders?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. However, I’ll always work closely with you before making anything to make sure you’re happy with the design.
Can I request changes after placing my order?
Small changes may be possible before I start making your piece. Once I’ve begun crafting it, changes are usually not possible but I’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Still have a question?
Send me a message — I’m always happy to help bring your idea to life.
